Immediate Wholesale prohibits all manner of printing, exporting, downloading or editing the information.
Immediate Wholesale prohibits all manner of sharing, publishing, or copying the information regarding styles, colors and/or sizes, pricing, and images.
Immediate Wholesale prohibits all manner of sharing, publishing, or distributing your log in information.
You are subject to personal, as well as business consequences, for any misuse of the information and for any violation of Terms and Conditions. Penalties for violations are a minimum of $1000 to a maximum of $25,000 per infraction. Violations are determined at the sole discretion of The Immediate Resource.
For any dispute with recourse to the court system, any and all such recourse must be made in Dallas County, Texas and at no other location. In the event that you have an unresolved dispute about Immediate Wholesale, you agree to arbitration to resolve all the disputes.
Your completed merchandise orders from The Immediate Resource must meet a defined level of sales to maintain access to Immediate Wholesale. The defined level of merchandise sales is a minimum of $6000 during the past 12 months. Freight and other charges do not count toward the minimum.
Immediate Wholesale may terminate any user's access at any time and without notice.
The Immediate Resource is not liable for any consequences, losses or inconveniences on the part of anyone using Immediate Wholesale.
Immediate Wholesale is a service offered solely by The Immediate Resource to a select group of its customers by invitation only.
Any and all verbal changes, alterations, waivers or modifications to these Terms and Conditions are prohibited. Any and all written changes, alteration, waivers or modification to these Terms and Conditions will be shown in the Terms and Conditions, which apply to all users.
